1. Services

We provide custom sauna design and construction services in Massachusetts and surrounding areas. All work is governed by written estimates and project agreements that define scope, schedule, and payment terms.

2. Website Use

• You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
• Content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

3. Estimates, Contracts & Payments

Project pricing, deposits, progress payments, change orders, and final payments are defined in the project agreement. Invoices are due per the terms stated therein.

4. Scheduling & Permits

Target dates are estimates and may change due to site conditions, permitting, supply chain issues, or weather. Where required, permitting responsibilities will be outlined in the project agreement.

5. Warranties & Materials

Manufacturer warranties (e.g., heaters, controls, materials) are provided by their respective manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty, if any, will be stated in the project agreement.

6. Third-Party Products

We may recommend or install third-party products (e.g., heaters, wood). We are not responsible for third-party performance beyond installation per specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to site use or services is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant services.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from services or site use will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
